Employment Type: 13 months Full-Time Temporary

Number of in-office/on-site days: At least 2 days per month

Annual Salary Range: EXEMPT_02, MIN $78,000.00 - MED $91,500.00 - MAX $105,000.00

Placement in the salary range is determined by an assessment of knowledge, skills, experience and ability of the candidate to meet the key requirements of the job. In addition, our pay philosophy is to align with the median of the comparable market and to be considerate of internal equity comparisons.

We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable Organizational Development Administrator to support a variety of employee experience programs, including Recognition, Engagement, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA), and Indigenous Relations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating and delivering impactful, people-first initiatives while continuously improving processes and workflows to help our teams work smarter and more efficiently. 

 

Every day is different. As part of a collaborative team of three, you’ll partner with employee groups across the organization to bring people experience initiatives to life. Your work will span a wide and dynamic range of activities - from administering engagement surveys and managing recognition and learning systems, to planning meaningful cultural celebrations and events. 

 

You’ll also play a key role in delivering responsive, high-quality support to employees, continuously improving and documenting processes, and creating engaging communications that connect and inspire. 

At the heart of it all, you’ll be helping shape experiences that make a meaningful difference in employees’ day-to-day work lives. 

 

Please note this is a 13-month Full Time Temporary Opportunity

What you'll bring to the table...

We value lifelong learners and have found that a mix of any of the following credentials have set people up for success in this role in the past: 

  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field 
  • Experience supporting employee engagement, recognition programs, IDEA-focused initiatives, and culture-building activities  
  • Experience coordinating events, workshops, or employee programs from planning through execution  
  • Familiarity with conducting employee surveys and using feedback to improve workplace culture and employee experience  
  • A positive attitude and proactive approach  
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  
  • Exceptional attention to detail - you catch what others miss  
  • Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement and creating more efficient ways of working  
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and creating positive employee experiences  
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively across diverse groups  
  • Comfort working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly and seamlessly
