BC Transit’s Asset Management division is responsible for the specification, acquisition, maintaining and disposition of BC Transit’s physical assets. It does so through an overarching Asset Management system which takes into account: customer-focused project management delivery; total cost of ownership, delivering on functional needs through continuously improved specification development; lifecycle activities which ensure obtaining greatest value for each investment; and, environmental sustainability consciousness.
