Monthly Salary Range: MoveUp Group 07, MIN $4,967.00 - MAX $5,953.00 is available through annual general wage/step increases.
Recruitment Range: MIN $4967 – STEP 3 $5515
Placement in the salary range is determined by an assessment of knowledge, skills, experience and ability of the candidate to meet the key requirements of the job. In exceptional cases, candidates may be hired above the recruitment range, provided agreement is reached with the Union.

What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Director, Project Delivery the Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of capital projects within the Asset Management Division. The position will provide comprehensive administrative support for efficient delivery of infrastructure, fleet, and real estate projects.
What a day in this role might look like:
You’ll regularly review reports, presentations, and briefing notes to ensure they’re accurate, well-formatted, and aligned in tone. You’ll manage busy calendars, schedule meetings, and adjust priorities as needs shift throughout the day. You’ll also collaborate closely with Program Managers across the department to clarify expectations, track deadlines, and keep key deliverables moving forward.

What you'll bring to the table...

- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee travel logistics for multiple leaders
- Proficiency in document management and administrative systems, including maintaining filing systems, preparing project documentation, and supporting invoicing or expense reporting
- Proactive problem-solver with a process-improvement mindset, capable of handling special projects, research tasks, and fast-changing priorities with minimal supervision
